Contract Duration: 1 year contract

Job Description:

• Welcoming arriving individuals and groups at the airport using signages for the tour
• Lead guided tours for individuals and groups, providing informative, entertaining, and memorable experiences according to itinerary
• Deliver commentary on local history, culture, attractions, and points of interest.
• Ensure guest safety and comfort throughout each tour.
• Handle enquiries and respond to guest questions in a professional and friendly manner.
• Gather feedback form from the guest at the end of the tour

Job Requirements:

• Preferably prior experience in guiding tours
• Have a valid Singapore Tourist Guide Licence
• Good knowledge of local attractions, history, and culture
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
