Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to support the Enterprise Management project within a renowned organization. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and usability for business consumption. Mandatory Skill-set Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Must have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis; Must have strong SQL skills for data profiling and analysis; Experience with data quality tools or frameworks; Solid statistical analysis capabilities; Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desired Skill-set Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis; Hands-on experience with Power BI; Knowledge of data quality frameworks and best practices. Responsibilities Source Data Analysis: Profile all incoming source data (ServiceNow, Tenable, SailPoint, etc.); Identify data quality issues, patterns, and anomalies; Document data characteristics and quality baseline; Data Quality Test Design: Define comprehensive DQ test suite covering; Establish thresholds and acceptance criteria; Dashboard Design and Maintenance; Design, develop and maintain the dashboard using PowerBI; Test Implementation & Monitoring: Collaborate with data engineers to implement DQ tests; Create dashboards for DQ monitoring; Establish alerting mechanisms for critical failures; Documentation & Reporting: Document DQ test cases and results; Create daily/weekly DQ reports; Maintain DQ issue log and resolution tracking.
