This leading technology conglomerate has an expansionary role in their corporate secretarial team.

• You will be part of a team providing suppport on regional corporate secretarial matters.
• There will be active liaison with in-house lawyers on corp sec matters related to their commercial transactions. There will also be local and foreign service providers/law firms/auditors that you will be working closely with.
• You will also participate in basic contracts management and filing work.

• You bring at least 2-3years corp sec experience either from a service provider/law firm/accounting firm/in-house.
• CSIS Qualification is not critical due to the natture of the work.
