Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily food preparation and cooking according to set standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations
• Properly store, label, and rotate ingredients and supplies
• Support chefs in plating and assembling dishes during busy hours
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Monitor inventory and assist in restocking kitchen items
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by supervisors
