We are partnering with a leading organisation in the financial services sector to hire a C&B Lead to support both strategic and operational aspects of compensation and benefits across the business.

Role Overview

This role offers a strong mix of Group-level exposure and hands-on execution, working closely with senior stakeholders on compensation strategy, while owning end-to-end rewards processes locally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support compensation strategy and policy design, aligned to business and market benchmarks
  • Prepare materials for senior leadership / Board / Remuneration Committee discussions
  • Lead annual compensation cycles (salary review, bonus, promotions)
  • Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluation using external frameworks (e.g. Mercer, Aon, WTW)
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on rewards advisory and governance
  • Manage and enhance benefits programmes and policies

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
  • Prior exposure within financial services (insurance, banking, asset management preferred)
  • Experience supporting RemCo / Board-level compensation discussions is advantageous
  • Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies (Aon, Mercer, WTW)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
