Commercial Strategy & Operations Senior Manager

The Role:

This role plays a pivotal part in driving top-line growth, develop marketing plans to drive transactions, supporting frontline execution, streamlining business flows, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Planning, strategizing, developing plans and projects to deliver the desired outcomes.

  • Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Manage sales operations, tender processes, and business development activities to achieve revenue and retention targets.
  • Design and implement go-to-market plans, promotional campaigns, and new product/service launches.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee business support functions, ensuring accurate reporting, process governance, and workflow efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operations, compliance, and performance management.
  • Establish and monitor service standards, SLAs, and quality metrics to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Represent the Commercial function in executive meetings and cross-functional forums.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 8 years of experience in commercial management, sales leadership, business support, and/or customer service roles.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, telecommunications, financial services or healthcare preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading cross-functional teams, and driving service excellence.
