What you'll do:

As a Commercial Operations Support Analyst, the incumbent will support the Commercial Ops Manager to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, this includes pricing frameworks, data management and analysis, optimization and implementation of processes and systems. You will:

· Project and maintain a positive, approachable, friendly and helpful work image and relationship to each stakeholder.

· Collaborate with management to support customer satisfaction initiatives.

· Determine validity of each APAC price list by reviewing Intercompany and Customer price lists and all pertinent items. Review additional items to determine all factors related to each quotation, including contacting Pricing and Contracts Team when needed.

· Collaborate with teams to identify areas for data analytics application.

· Develop analytics models on large data sets.

· Work on data visualization projects that help to communicate findings effectively.

· May need to support in others areas, including sales support and supply chain functions as needed to develop and continuously improve monitoring and control systems to ensure continuing cost effectiveness and timeliness.

· Preparing marketing materials for digital campaigns including coordinating content, imagery and design aspects with internal or outside vendors.

What we're looking for:

· A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

· Solid knowledge in advance Microsoft Excel features (datasets, dashboard, V-Lookup, etc).

· Knowledge in usage of Power BI will be highly advantageous.

· Outstanding attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
