Our client is a premium student care centre designed to nurture children beyond academics — focusing on thinking, emotional growth, creativity, and expression.

They are seeking a Centre Manager who will take full ownership of centre operations, team leadership, parent experience, and programme execution. This role is critical in ensuring that our philosophy is not just a concept, but consistently delivered through daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Centre Operations & Execution
    • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the centre (P1–P6 student care)
    • Ensure smooth running of daily schedule (arrival, homework, programmes, dismissal)
    • Maintain high standards in safety, hygiene, and student supervision
    • Manage administrative processes (attendance, billing coordination, reporting)
  • Team Leadership & Culture Building
    • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of teachers/mentors
    • Ensure all staff deliver according to center philosophy (guide, not instruct)
    • Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching
    • Maintain a positive, professional, and aligned team culture
  • Parent Experience & Communication
    • Act as the main point of contact for parents
    • Build strong trust relationships with families
    • Handle feedback, concerns, and sensitive situations professionally
    • Provide regular updates on student progress and centre activities
  • Programme Execution & Quality Control
    • Ensure proper execution of our programme
    • Maintain consistency in programme delivery across all mentors
    • Work closely with management to refine and improve programme quality
    • Ensure alignment between operations and brand positioning
  • Student Development & Safeguarding
    • Ensure student wellbeing, emotional safety, and positive development
    • Handle behavioral cases with maturity and appropriate judgement
    • Uphold strict safeguarding standards and ethical conduct at all times
  • Recruitment & Centre Growth Support
    • Support student enrolment and parent engagement efforts
    • Conduct centre tours and convert leads where required
    • Assist in staffing (hiring, onboarding, training of mentors)
Working Hours
  • School terms: Monday to Friday (11am-7pm)
  • School holidays: Monday to Friday (7am-7pm, staggered 8 hour shift)
Job Description

This role will collaborate extensively with leadership, business stakeholders, internal operations, and merchandising teams, as well as other cross‑functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, etc.). You will be reporting to senior management to navigate from strategic to tactical issues. You will be a strong advocate and work relentlessly to ensure the cultural principles of the organization are practiced.

What you will be doing
  • Support the Senior Management in Strategic Planning Initiatives, Business Review, and Implementation Support for the Management Team involving planning, organizing, and partnering with business stakeholders to align with business strategy.
  • Assist the senior management in compiling data and documents in order to prepare reports and presentations in Korean for the South Korean counterpart teams.
  • Proactively identify issues and areas of enhancement that provide value‑added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives.
  • Organize strategic events and support content generation for key business leaders.
  • Support cross‑functional engagement by creating context, consolidating alignment, and drafting business‑related reports, analyses, assessments, and presentations with both local business stakeholders and counterparts in South Korea.
  • Any other ad‑hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the Senior Management.
