Responsibilities
- Develop and implement survivorship care marketing and communication plans
- Collaborate with patient advocacy groups and community organizations, provide ongoing support and education to cancer support groups
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, including primary care physicians to facilitate support groups and workshops, conduct research and contribute to program development
- Advocate for survivorship issues within the healthcare system, make a difference in the lives of cancer patients, caregivers and survivors
- Develop and implement programs to engage patient wellness and enhance patient experience
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support the survivorship program
- Understand the impact of funds raised and communicate their benefits to patients and the cancer care community
- Assist in fulfilling dreams for cancer patients through special programs and initiatives Support and implement marketing and communications plan required to raise profile
- Conducting market research and analysis to inform our strategies
- Plan campaigns consisting of email, webinars, videos, social media, marketing collaterals
- Collaborate across teams to implement integrated campaigns and events from planning to implementation, managing deliverables while gaining insight and analysing performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to create and manage content across multiple channels
- Organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- IT Savvy, in-tune with digital economy and familiar with managing digital platforms
- Excellent communication, copywriting and editing skills with strong critical thinking skills
