Call Centre Associate

Mondays-Fridays: 8.15am - 5.45pm

$2000 - $2300

Near Maxwell MRT

1 year contract extendable/convertible + Yearly bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general enquiries of inbound calls and online enquiries
  • Troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Handle any other hotline administrative functions

Requirements:

• Diploma / NITEC / GCE ‘O Level or equivalent

• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry
