Associate Director – G50 & Strategic Accounts

Hiring Thesis- We are not hiring a salesperson; we are hiring for sales but with business acumen and appreciation for 360-degree view of the ecosystem play to WIN large projects. A strategic account orchestrator, someone who already understands how large banks like Standard Chartered operate internally. Someone comfortable navigating:

• CIO / CTO / Infra / Network / Security / Procurement / Operations
• Complex multi-country programs
• Managed services + transformation + commercial structuring
• Long sales cycles
• Executive engagement
• Matrix organizations

About the Role

We are looking for a high-caliber strategic sales leader to manage and grow one of our most important global banking relationships,BFSI, Globally, based in Singapore.

This role will be responsible for driving executive engagement, strategic account growth, large transformation pursuits, and long-term partnership development across network, cloud, security, digital infrastructure, and managed services domains.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience working with global banks in APAC & Globally and has operated within leading telecom, managed services, OEM, cloud, or infrastructure organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic engagement with BFSI Globally
• Build trusted executive relationships across technology, infrastructure, operations, sourcing, and business leadership teams
• Drive large transformational opportunities across:
• Network transformation
• Cloud connectivity
• Security
• Managed services
• Digital infrastructure
• Colocation and hybrid cloud
• Lead complex multi-country pursuits and commercial discussions
• Develop account strategy, growth plans, pipeline governance, and executive engagement cadence
• Collaborate closely with delivery, solution, product, commercial, and partner ecosystems
• Build long-term strategic positioning beyond transactional sales motions
• Ensure strong governance across forecasting, deal progression, and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 12–20 years of enterprise/BFSI sales experience
• With 5-6 years’ experience directly working with BFSI in the last 10 years of recent work experience
• Strong exposure to global banking customers in APAC
• Experience managing large strategic accounts with multi-million dollar TCV ownership
• Proven track record in telecom, managed services, OEM, cloud, or digital infrastructure environments

Strong Preference For Candidates From

• Global telecom/service providers (Most)
• System integrators (Most)
• Cloud/network/security providers (Most)
• OEMs with strong BFSI footprint (Least)
