Job Summary The Business Project Manager is responsible for coordinating business projects and overseeing key operational activities to support the company's daily operations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and manage business projects from initiation to completion.

Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth execution of operational activities.

Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, clients and external business partners.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.

Develop and improve operational processes, workflows and internal procedures.

Monitor business and operational performance and prepare reports for management.

Manage vendors, service providers and procurement-related activities.

Identify operational issues, project risks and areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions.

Support management in business planning, new initiatives and operational decision-making.

Ensure projects and operational activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or a related field.

Relevant experience in business operations, project management or a related role.

Good project coordination, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Able to manage multiple projects and operational priorities independently.
