The Role

• User Growth: Own DAU (Daily Active Users) as the core OKR. Implement and drive user growth strategies, collaborating with advertising, marketing, and sales teams to achieve growth targets.
• Sales Support & Communication: Maintain close communication with frontline sales to gather business requirements and coordinate internal product and engineering resources for delivery.
• Market Research: Continuously track competitor activities andindustry trends to inform product iterations and business strategy.
• Data Analysis & Problem Identification: Perform ongoing analyysis of user behavior and product data to identify growth bottlenecks and issues.
• In-App Operations: Manage in-app push notifications and customer-facing promotional resources on the app to increase product visibility and usage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong data sensitivity, familiarity with user behavior analysiswith the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Clear logical thinking, strong execution, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High sense of responsibility and ownership, with good stress nnanagement
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with stakeholders from Mainland China and Taiwan
• Background in fintech, marketing, or data analysis is prefeerred
