Business Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Business Management team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Management in Singapore. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role based in Singapore, supporting the firms growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and implement strategic business initiatives across the firm.
  • Act as the liaison between Front Office and Corporate Function teams (Operations, Legal & Compliance, Finance, etc.).
  • Support Portfolio Manager onboarding and manage day-to-day FO requirements.
  • Monitor market and regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the business.

What Were Looking For:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or the investment management industry.
  • Broad understanding of financial products and asset classes.
  • Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Confident working independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Proven problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholder groups.
