Branch Manager

This role reports to Operations Manager and is responsible for achieving outlet KPI and outlet management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve your own personal sales target
• Drive outlet sales and meet sales targets
• Optimise resources to ensure your team members hit their personal and outlet sales targets
• Manage outlet inventory to ensure accuracy of stock level and proper records of transactions
• Manage merchandise and other marketing displays
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including planning roster, coaching staff, monitoring performances and moderating staff grievances

Prerequisites

You would be an achiever and a team player, focussed on meeting sales targets. And be able to work retail hours. In addition, you should possess:

• 5 years of retail sales experience in the Skincare, Beauty or Hair Care industry
• Supervisory experience in managing a team.
• Proven performance in sales
