The Role
We are looking for a result-driven, technical, hands-on growth leader to build and scale new demand channels beyond our existing motion. You will own SEO and AI Search, leads conversion rate optimisation, automated outbound, outbound calling workflows, and growth experiments that create qualified pipeline. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, RevOps, Product, Growth Engineering, and partners to turn insights into measurable revenue outcomes.
What You Will Own
Conversion Rate Optimisation
• Improve demo requests, qualified sign-ups, and partner inquiries from digital channels such as website, landing page, social media, etc. through testing of copy, UX, landing pages, and buyer journeys.
• Run structured experiments using funnel analytics, heatmaps, session data, and buyer research to lift qualified pipeline, not vanity metrics.
• Work with website team to ensure the online assets communicate InsureMO as a credible, enterprise-grade platform for buyers, partners, and investors.
SEO & AI Search
• Own traditional SEO and emerging AI Search/AEO/GEO so InsureMO appears accurately for high-intent insurance technology queries.
• Build structured content, schema, technical SEO, and LLM-indexed assets for InsureMO API, DIPL, DataMO, AI PaaS, and MCP Server capabilities.
• Benchmark visibility against key competitors across Google and AI answer engines, then close gaps quickly.
Outbound Growth Campaigns & Calls
• Build and scale outbound programs across cold email, LinkedIn, direct mail, outbound calls, and events; follow-up targeting carriers, brokers, MGAs, and technology partners globally.
• Design segmented prospect lists, call scripts, messaging sequences, and follow-up workflows by buyer type, region, and buying stage.
• Leverage outbound call team/agency to priority accounts to qualify interest, uncover pain points, book demos, and route opportunities to Sales.
• Track call outcomes, replies, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution in CRM; iterate messaging and targeting with Sales and RevOps.
• Support digital campaigns for offline events and partner joint campaigns with Field Marketing and Alliance team.
Growth Experimentation & GTM Alignment
• Generate, prioritise, and test paid, organic, community, partner-led, product-led, and AI-assisted growth ideas, then scale what works.
• Use prospect replies, campaign data, dashboards, SQL, Excel/Python, and LLM-enabled tools to understand performance and find new levers.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Sales to turn working experiments into repeatable systems and business outcomes.
What You Will Need
• 7+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, insurtech, or fintech, with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Decent copy writing capability will be a strong plus
• Hands-on expertise across SEO, AI Search/AEO/GEO, CRO, outbound automation, outbound calls, and ABM/retargeting.
• Strong technical instincts, including analytics, automation, SQL, basic coding, or LLM-enabled workflow building.
• Proven ability to move fast, run experiments, manage a high-output team, and scale winning channels.
• Excellent communication with technical, sales, executive, and partner audiences.
• Curiosity about insurance technology and the appetite to become a credible voice in the category.
