Key Responsibilities Process and pack online orders accurately and efficiently Handle basic customer service enquiries (e.g. order updates, product questions) in a clear and polite manner Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) Receive incoming stock, verify quantities, and store items properly Perform stock-taking and maintain organised inventory Keep the workspace clean, tidy, and efficient for daily operations Support day-to-day operational tasks as required Requirements Commitment:
