• Administer Active Directory (on-prem & cloud), including GPOs and domain controllers
• Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud) and related services
• Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, licensing)
• Oversee backup and recovery for servers and cloud services
• Manage SCCM/Intune for patching and application deployment
• Monitor systems, manage alerts, and review logs (e.g., Splunk)
• Maintain storage systems and endpoint security solutions
• Configure and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Support infrastructure operations, audits, and compliance
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and inventories
• Perform troubleshooting and Escalate to vendors when needed
• Participate in disaster recovery exercises

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in systems support/administration
• Strong experience in Microsoft technologies, AWS, and cloud platforms
• Familiar with enterprise infrastructure, security, and monitoring tools
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
