ClearSK Healthcare is hiring a hands-on Marketing Campaign Coordinator to create digital campaigns, content, landing pages and marketing assets.

Applicants must be willing and able to integrate AI tools into their daily marketing work to improve productivity and efficiency.

What You Will Work On

Google Ads and Digital Campaigns

Set up and optimise Google Ads, including keywords, audiences and budgets
Track leads, conversions and cost per lead, and test ads and landing pages

Facebook and Instagram Marketing

Create social media content, captions, graphics and videos
Manage ads and review engagement and campaign performance

SEO, GEO, Articles and Blogs

Research and write SEO- and GEO-focused articles and blogs
Improve keywords, headings, content structure and relevance

Websites and Landing Pages

Update WordPress websites and campaign landing pages
Coordinate content and layout changes to improve user flow and conversions

Xiao Hong Shu and YouTube

Create Chinese-language content for Xiao Hong Shu
Develop YouTube ideas, scripts and ads, and repurpose content across platforms

Marketing Analytics

Track website traffic, leads and conversions using Google Analytics
Prepare campaign reports and recommend improvements based on data

AI-Assisted Content and Marketing Assets

Use AI tools to create and improve:

Advertising copy, social media content, articles and scripts
Images, videos, presentations and landing-page content
Campaign reports and repurposed content

Tools may include Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, NotebookLM, Canva and similar platforms.

What We Are Looking For

Diploma or degree in marketing, digital media, communications, IT, or related disciplines
Experience in digital marketing or content creation
Experience in B2C, beauty or medical aesthetics preferred
Knowledge of aesthetic or beauty products is a strong advantage
Strong written and spoken English
Working proficiency in Chin to coordinate with our China-based marketing team and manage Chinese-language platforms and content
Comfortable learning and using new AI tools
Goal-oriented and results-focused
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work in a structured, compliance-aware healthcare environment
Experience across Google Ads, SEO, GEO, Meta advertising, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube, WordPress and Google Analytics will be advantageous.
