We are looking for an intern to support the design, planning, and delivery of innovation programs for our clients.

As the Intern, Innovation Programs, you will join a fast-growing organisation and play a key role in supporting program excellence across the full lifecycle of large-scale events, accelerator programs, and hackathons. Our core service is in designing and delivering unique experiences for both our clients and program participants. You will gain hands-on, holistic exposure to how innovation programs are conceptualised, planned, executed, and reported on within a global ecosystem organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management & Execution

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of innovation programs, including but not limited to hackathons, ideathons, accelerator programs, and mid to large-scale events.
  • Assist with program timelines, agendas, participant communications, and other program materials.
  • Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and post-program summaries.
  • Contribute ideas to improve program formats, participant experience, and overall program delivery.
  • Assist in collecting, organising, and cleaning event data and feedback as well as analyse the event’s performance to derive actionable insights that drive improvements in our event management processes.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support communication and coordination with clients, partners, participants, mentors, judges, speakers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing program updates and meeting materials.
  • Help coordinate stakeholder requirements and follow up on action items to ensure smooth program delivery.

Marketing & Communications

  • Support the development and execution of marketing and communications activities for programs and events.
  • Assist with creating program materials, social media content, email communications, and participant-facing materials.
  • Support outreach and engagement efforts to attract participants, mentors, speakers, and other ecosystem stakeholders.

Operations & Logistics

  • Assist in the maintenance of event registration systems, platforms and databases. Ensure accurate and timely registration of participants and clear communication with attendees.
  • Support end-to-end logistics coordination, including venues, vendor communications, and supply lists.
  • Assist with on-site/on-day execution during events, helping troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Help organise documentation, contracts, and vendor records for each engagement.

Commercial & Business Support

  • Assist in tracking program budgets and flagging variances.
  • Support lead generation and outreach efforts for new programs or client accounts.

Requirements

  • In-person position based in Singapore, the candidate should be available for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Events, Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in events, hackathons, student programs, startups, or community initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong interest in innovation, startups, technology, entrepreneurship, and/or program management.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing different tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment and supporting events outside of regular office hours when required.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion or other project management tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other productivity tools is a plus.
