About the Role

As the Group scales internationally across a diverse business portfolio, we are looking for a resourceful, strategic and hands-on Group Marketing candidate to lead the global launch of GoAI, drive user acquisition and events, and support ADDX's user acquisition efforts. This role drives the company’s user growth in Group’s businesses and leads worldwide marketing strategies and hands-on execution. Responsibilities include market research, user acquisition, localised advertising, event activation and global brand consistency.

The incumbent will own the end-to-end international marketing strategy and its execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment and can execute independently with the support of external agencies, shifting fluidly between high-level cross-border strategy and direct campaign execution. The incumbent will own and execute the full user-acquisition funnel, driving individual consumer adoption and growth across markets.

Key Responsibilities

GoAI – Global Launch & User Acquisition

  • Global Launch & Market Entry: Design, execute and scale go-to-market playbooks for GoAI's global launch.
  • Events & Activation: Plan and execute regional and global events, conferences and activations end-to-end-managing external vendors and agencies-to build brand presence, generate qualified leads and accelerate user acquisition.
  • Performance Marketing: Build and manage consumer acquisition funnels-running localised performance advertising and social content-to drive sign-ups, activation and retention.
  • Manage Digital Content Distribution: Oversee and execute the distribution of digital content across multiple channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and third-party partnerships to maximize reach, engagement, and impact.
  • Global Brand & Messaging: Create a cohesive brand narrative. Adapt messaging so that technical product features can be translated into emotional benefits for consumers.
  • Manage SEM/SEO: Own SEO and SEM strategy across traditional and AI-influenced search (Google SGE, Perplexity, LLM citations), using AI-assisted tooling for campaign management and optimization while maintaining strategic oversight of performance and spend.

ADDX – User Acquisition

  • Work closely with ADDX business team to deliver ADDX's user acquisition across markets-deploying performance campaigns, SEM/SEO and localised content to grow the ADDX user base.

What we're looking for

Key Requirements

  • Industry Experience: minimum 5 years managing regional or global marketing across end consumers, with a proven track record of hands-on scaling of an international user base. Experience at a lean, mid-sized high-growth technology company with regional or global reach is strongly preferred.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation, performance/ paid media platforms and analytics tools, with the ability to execute campaigns directly.
  • Agency Management: Demonstrated experience working through and managing external agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns at speed with lean internal resources.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working within fast-paced, agile product development cycles and matrixed engineering environments.
  • Growth Frameworks: Strong understanding of product-led growth, customer acquisition cost and lifetime value metrics.
  • Analytical Skill: Highly data-driven with the ability to build dashboards, track multi-market performance and draw actionable insights from raw data.
