We are supporting a regional private bank in the hire of an Assistant Relationship Manager to provide dedicated support to Relationship Managers in delivering a high level of service to high-net-worth clients and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day banking and investment activities. Key Responsibilities Support Relationship Managers in managing and servicing high-net-worth clients across banking and wealth management products Assist with account opening, account maintenance, KYC reviews, and client onboarding documentation Process and follow up on client instructions, investment transactions, fund transfers, and other banking requests Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Compliance, Credit, and Product teams to ensure timely execution of client requests Prepare client meeting materials, portfolio reviews, investment subscription documents, and account reports Ensure all client records and documentation are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements Monitor account activities and support periodic reviews and remediation exercises Assist Relationship Managers in identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships Provide prompt and professional support to clients on day-to-day enquiries and requests Requirements Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience within Private Banking in an Assistant Relationship Manager, Client Services, Account Services, Client Onboarding, or related support capacity Experience supporting high-net-worth clients and Relationship Managers within a Private Banking environment Familiarity with account opening, KYC, client onboarding, and wealth management products Strong understanding of Private Banking processes and client servicing standards Interested applicants are welcome to submit their updated CV for a confidential discussion.
