Job Qualification: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Digital, Public Relations, or a related field. Experience: Extensive experience handling multinational brands/clients is a plus. Skills: Proven experience in communications or a related field, with industry experience preferred. Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver ideas effectively. Independent, proactive, and self-motivated team player. Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and quickly adapt to new challenges. Proficient in advanced software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools. Job Description: Act as the primary point of contact for the day-to-day management and execution of PR and Digital marketing campaigns for current and new clients. Assist in conceptualizing, implementing, and managing client campaigns while coordinating with internal teams to exceed client expectations. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Handle daily account administration tasks, including contact reports, cost estimates, and records management, under the supervision of an Account Director. Manage accounts end-to-end by co-developing, presenting, and implementing client campaigns, including editorial writing, content briefs (editorial, video, social posts), creative coordination, media and influencer outreach, event planning and management, and campaign reporting. Ensure timely and seamless execution of campaigns and projects. Develop a deep understanding of client brands and their markets. Prioritize resources effectively while keeping the Account Director and relevant teams informed of progress and updates. Manage customer satisfaction evaluations and aim for a 90% satisfaction rating or higher.
