You will be preparing full sets of accounts for the company and managing the month end closing. You will also have to do staff claims, vendor invoices, maintaining various schedules for assets, accruals, prepayments, and the balance sheet, as well as performing bank and audit reconciliations. Furthermore, you will also assist in the budgeting and forecasting process when needed. During audit period, you will help liaise with and answer Auditor's queries, and any adhoc duties as assigned.skills and experience requiredYou should ideally be diploma qualified in accounting or an equivalent. You should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience, no more than 8 years. Office is in the West, 10 mins walk from MRT or there is a bus in as well. 4 days work in office, 1 day work from home. Office hours are 9 to 530pm with no OT required. Using SAP system.
