LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company near Bolingbrook, IL  to assist with identifying an accounting clerk for their open role. The accounting clerk will support both accounts payable and receivable. This is role is onsite and temporary to hire.

• Prepare billing

• Follow up calls/emails on accounts

• Cash applications

• Discrepancy research and resolution

• Coding, approvals and purchase orders for AP

• Reconcile statements and accounts

• Assist with reports for AP and AR

• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal employees

Requirements:

• 2 years + of experience in AP and AR

• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel

• Must be very detailed and accurate

• Excellent communication skills

• Deadline driven

Pay range: $25-$28/hour

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
