Regional Head of Human Resources | Singapore 

Our client is a well-established international organisation with a strong presence across Asia-Pacific and global markets. Operating a customer-facing, multi-site business across multiple countries, they are seeking a commercially minded Regional Head of Human Resources to lead the regional people agenda and partner closely with the executive leadership team. 

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping organisational capability, strengthening leadership and culture, and ensuring the business has the talent and structure to support its long-term growth across the region. 

Key Responsibilities 

You will: 

  • Lead the regional HR strategy across Asia-Pacific.  
  • Partner with executive and country leaders to align people strategy with business priorities.  
  • Drive organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and culture transformation.  
  • Oversee the full HR agenda, including HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Change Management.  
  • Leverage workforce analytics and commercial insights to support business decisions.  
  • Foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture across multiple markets. 

About You 

We're interested in accomplished HR leaders who bring: 

  • Proven end-to-end Human Resources leadership experience, with accountability across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organisation Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Workforce Planning.  
  • Regional HR leadership experience across Asia-Pacific, supporting multiple countries and geographically dispersed teams.  
  • Industry experience within FMCG (Consumer goods), retail, travel retail, luxury retail, hospitality, aviation, or other customer-facing, multi-site organisations. 
  • A strong track record partnering with executive leadership teams to align people strategy with commercial business priorities.  
  • Demonstrated success leading organisational transformation, culture, leadership capability, and change initiatives.  
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and confidence using workforce insights and data to support business decisions.  
  • The ability to influence diverse stakeholders and balance regional consistency with local market needs within a matrix organisation.
