We are a boutique real estate agency serving overseas companies and new immigrant professionals relocating to Singapore. We're looking for an intern to join our client support team for 3 months — and if it's a great fit on both sides, we'd love to convert you to a full-time Client Support Specialist at the end of the internship.

What you'll do:

1. Respond to client enquiries and help match clients with suitable properties
2. Schedule and coordinate property viewings for a smooth client experience
3. Support clients through handover, move-in and move-out processes
4. Prepare lease and sales documentation with guidance from the team
5. Coordinate with external vendors and support other administrative tasks

4. Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as the role requires serving Mandarin-speaking clients from China
5. No prior real estate experience needed — we'll teach you
