Role Overview
We are looking for a senior talent responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR services.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of HR operations, employment regulations, HR Projects, and process optimization.
Core responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and operational processes.
Generate regular HR reports and dashboards for management.
Lead HR automation and digital transformation projects.
Establish and monitor HR operational KPIs and service levels.
Allocate workload, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
