About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Franchise Business Manager to grow and strengthen our franchise network. Based in Singapore, you will oversee the entire franchise lifecycle, from identifying and securing new franchise partners to supporting store openings and driving long-term business performance.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure franchisees are equipped for success while maintaining brand standards, operational excellence, and sustainable profitability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, analysing business performance, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive franchise business growth by identifying, evaluating, and securing new franchise partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end franchise onboarding process, including negotiations, documentation, and store opening support.
  • Develop strong partnerships with franchisees, acting as their primary business advisor and point of contact.
  • Monitor outlet sales, profitability, and P&L performance, providing recommendations to improve revenue, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Review business performance through regular analysis of KPIs, financial reports, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Training, and other internal teams to ensure successful store launches and ongoing franchise support.
  • Ensure franchisees comply with brand standards, operational procedures, and franchise agreements.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to franchise expansion strategies and long-term business planning.
  • Prepare business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for management.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in franchise development, franchise operations, or regional business development.
  • Strong knowledge of franchise sales, franchising, and franchise partner management.
  • Proven experience in business planning, business management, and executing growth strategies.
  • Solid understanding of P&L management and financial analysis, with the ability to improve business performance and profitability.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage or Retail industry, preferably managing multiple outlets or brands.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
