A leading consumer and retail organisation with a strong regional presence is seeking a Head of Digital Solutions & Technology Services to lead its enterprise technology, digital solutions, and IT service capabilities across multiple markets. Based in Singapore, this is a key leadership role responsible for shaping technology strategy, modernising digital platforms, strengthening IT operations, and ensuring technology enables business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to senior leadership, you will define and execute the organisation's digital solutions and technology services strategy, aligning technology investments with business priorities across the region. You will oversee enterprise applications, customer-facing digital platforms, IT service management, technology operations, and solution architecture to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology services.
You will lead the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders to implement technology solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance. In addition, you will build and develop high‑performing technology teams, drive service excellence and continuous improvement, and oversee technology budgets, vendor partnerships, governance, and resource planning.
RequirementsYou will bring extensive leadership experience across digital solutions, enterprise applications, technology services, or IT transformation within consumer, retail, e‑commerce, or related industries. A strong understanding of CRM and digital experience platforms, including Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, or similar technologies, is essential. Experience leading enterprise application portfolios, IT service management, cloud technologies, data and analytics, automation, and emerging AI‑enabled solutions will be highly regarded.
Exposure to systems supporting supply chain, procurement, logistics, or commercial operations would be advantageous. The successful candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and a proven track record of leading regional technology teams and delivering business‑focused technology transformation.
