• Prepare and manage progress claims and variation order (VO) documentation
• Conduct site visits to verify completed work
• Assist with basic site coordination tasks
• Support general sales administration duties
• Issue payment responses to subcontractors
• Provide coverage for the purchaser during leave periods and support daily administrative operations

• Prior experience in construction or project administration is preferred
• Basic knowledge of site coordination processes
