Job Overview

Primarily responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline and supporting onboarding and employee engagement activities. This role is key to building and maintaining a workforce that drives our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer acceptance, including developing job descriptions, posting positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communication.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and skills evaluations to ensure cultural and technical fit.
  • Negotiate and extend competitive offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continually improving recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Recommend and drive employee engagement activities.
  • Participate in and support various HR initiatives and projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of successfully hiring for technical and professional roles.
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to recruitment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin to support day‑to‑day interactions with Mandarin‑speaking employees.
  • Prior experience recruiting in the automotive, advanced technology, or manufacturing sectors is a strong plus.
