Responsibilities

  • Annually create a strategic organizational plan and overall budget
  • Maintain a climate that attracts and retains a talented and diverse staff
  • Create and maintain relationships with volunteers and partners to facilitate success of organization's financial future
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for board meetings

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years in a senior role of a reputable organisation operating in the field of human services, non-profit sector management, public administration or equivalent.
  • Fundraising and bottom-line accountabilities
  • Experience in large-scale program development
  • Familiar with local youth sector ecosystem and leading youth organisations
  • Ability to build collaborative work environment within organization and with external alliance partners
