We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Senior Executive, Student Recruitment & Engagement to join a reputable education institution.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging with schools, students, parents and education partners, and who have experience in student recruitment, outreach events, education fairs, open houses, roadshows, marketing campaigns or admissions-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute student recruitment activities, including education fairs, school talks, open houses and outreach events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, education partners and key stakeholders.
  • Engage prospective students and parents, providing programme advice and support throughout the enrolment journey.
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns and events, including logistics, vendors and on-site execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive student enrolment and achieve recruitment targets.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support partnership development and other recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, events, marketing or customer engagement.
  • Proven experience organizing recruitment events, roadshows or outreach activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, organized and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Experience within the education or higher education sector is an advantage.
  • Candidates with existing networks or prior experience working with schools, tertiary institutions or education partners will be highly regarded.
  • Able to support weekend events when required, such as Open House events.

Other Information

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
  • No regular Saturday duties
  • Weekend support required only for major events such as Open House
