Working Hours

Shift-based schedule (details provided in image)
Working hours include a 30-minute lunch break.
Note: Contractor may propose additional remuneration if candidate is required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or gazetted public holidays.

Job DescriptionStudent-Related Duties
  • Assist students in need (e.g., lost items, uniform change, cleaning after vomiting, locating teacher/classroom/parents)
  • Collect items from classrooms after school if needed
  • Escort students for medical treatment when required
Operational Support
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of General Office, classrooms, and special rooms
  • Disinfect rooms as required
  • Assist in logistics: prepare rooms for school events/functions, shift furniture, etc.
  • Deliver and distribute external materials to classrooms
  • Disinfect furniture and equipment during emergencies or pandemics
  • Follow school cleaning schedules and standards
  • Escort contractors when necessary
  • Perform gate duties during school arrival/dismissal and in times of heavy traffic
General Administration
  • Dispatch mail, school communication, and student items
  • Assist in packing and preparing items for school use
Additional Duties
  • Any other tasks assigned by School Leaders, Operations Managers (OMs), or Admin Managers (AMs)
