Job Summary

Global Digital Technologies (GDT) Singapore IT operations team in Wuxi Biologics is responsible for both maintenance of the IT local operations as well as facilitating the global teams to drive digital initiatives at the site level in a way that accelerates business value, improves resilience and raises overall competitiveness.

This role is responsible for ensuring the stable operation of enterprise IT systems and digital platforms, while driving integration and data connectivity across systems such as LIMS, SAP, and QC system in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

1. IT Operations & End-User Support

• End user desktop, laptop, phone, and software support including remote users
• Manage and maintain GDT assets and devices in Singapore site
• Support technically Townhall meetings & key events
• Ensure standardized IT onboarding, including IP address assignment, device naming convention, user account setup, device testing, patching, and lifecycle maintenance

2. Infrastructure & System Support

• Support infrastructure projects including VoIP deployments, network upgrades, server upgrades, email system upgrades, and application deployments
• Work with global network administrators and application support staff to ensure user management, customer service, and troubleshooting
• Work with global information security team to ensure security initiatives are implemented promptly

3. IT–OT Integration & QC Systems

• Support integration of QC equipment into IT network and enterprise platforms (e.g., LIMS) for Domain Control, Time Synchronization, Backup/Recovery and Antivirus deployment.
• Support integration of site AGV/AMR into IT network
• Support the design review of QC equipment and AGV/AMR to ensure the feasibility
• Support routine operation in terms of QC linkage to IT as well as AGV/AMR related IT infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Resolve alignment issues between IT and OT systems, particularly time source inconsistencies
• Ensure unified IT standards including IP address allocation and naming conventions across devices
• Support end-to-end onboarding of lab/QC devices from site arrival, testing, user setup to ongoing maintenance

4. Global Deployment & Site Coordination

• Work with global team to ensure global systems and regional systems are successfully deployed on site
• Maintain systems that are specific to the site
• Ability to liaise with global operation team with strong communication skills

5. SAP Project Management Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end SAP project execution, including progress tracking, risk management, and scope control
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful system integration and delivery quality
• Oversee key delivery components such as documentation, testing, and data migration
• Lead go-live preparation and post go-live support to ensure smooth transition and stable operations

6. Compliance, Security & Business Engagement

• Perform tasks in compliance with Regulations, International Standards, and WuXi Policies and SOPs
• Perform digital information security related tasks aligned with GDT standards
• Manage and build relationships with business to support digital transformation
• Manage and implement GMP systems and manufacturing systems
• Perform vendor management
• Train users on IT systems and policies

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years technological support experience
• Preferred Certification: A+, MCSA or equivalent IT certificates, PMP

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Advanced knowledge of Project Management
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco Configuration
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of WAN, LAN, VPN, WLAN and Remote Desktop program
• Advanced understanding of networking principles and Microsoft Active Directory
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strategic thinking ability with strong analytical troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in Oral & Written communication skills
• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service
• Life Science company or Lab working experience is preferred
• Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and IT–OT integration principles
