We are looking for a proactive, customer-centric RetailExecutive to support the growth of Heveya's retail business in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Sales & Customer Experience

  • Deliver personalised sleep consultations and recommend suitable Heveya products based on customer needs.
  • Drive sales across the full Heveya product range, including mattresses, pillows, bedframes, bedding, and accessories.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Take ownership of sales targets and conversion performance.
  • Deliver a premium, educational, and consultative shopping experience that reflects Heveya's brand values.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Manage enquiries across WhatsApp, email, phone calls, website, and walk-in customers.
  • Follow up promptly with prospective customers after showroom visits and quotations.
  • Ensure every sales lead is tracked and managed through to closure.
  • Provide professional post-purchase support, including delivery coordination and after-sales enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication history within company systems.

3. Visual Merchandising & Showroom Standards

  • Maintain showroom presentation in accordance with Heveya's premium visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure the sales point remains clean, organised, and customer-ready at all times.
  • Execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and visual merchandising updates.
  • Monitor product displays and recommend improvements to enhance customer engagement.

4. Sales Operations & Administration

  • Create and manage quotations, sales orders, invoices, and customer records within Odoo.
  • Ensure accuracy of customer information, payments, and delivery details.
  • Coordinate inventory availability and stock allocation with the operations team.
  • Support accurate reporting and maintain disciplined sales administration.
  • Process e-commerce orders and coordinate fulfilment to ensure a seamless customer experience.

5. Events & Brand Support

  • Support sales events, workshops, and marketing activations.
  • Assist with product demonstrations and customer education sessions.
  • Provide support for training initiatives and onboarding of new team members where required.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management based on business needs.
