This role is for a CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist, who will create, manage, and execute social media strategies to build an audience, increase engagement, and achieve business objectives across various platforms in the Singapore Sales office.
JCB’s range of equipment is increasing, and our customer support network is growing. Our team supports our JCB dealers to deliver the highest level of customer service and support.
This position is based in Singapore, and reports to the JCB Regional Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for all aspects of CRM & Digital Marketing for JCB in Asia. The role will be responsible to ensure that brand digital representation is fully in line with the global direction and that CRM system and processes are continually updated.
CRM Management & Customer Insights
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM system to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and usability.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Monitor and manage customer databases, lead generation, lead assignment, and conversion processes.
- Perform customer segmentation and profiling to support targeted marketing initiatives.
- Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and churn rates to identify business opportunities and improvement areas.
- Develop CRM dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Track and report CRM KPIs, including lead conversion, customer retention, and campaign performance.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and marketing automation workflows.
- Coordinate campaign activities to generate leads and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROI.
Social Media & Content Management
- Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create compelling marketing copy, captions, and content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and track their performance.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing content.
Website Management
- Manage and update company and dealer websites to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve website performance and user experience.
- Monitor website traffic and engagement using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Support SEO and digital optimization initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse CRM, website, and digital marketing performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and business performance.
- Monitor key metrics such as engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Dealer Network teams to align CRM and digital marketing activities with business objectives.
- Provide support and training to CRM users when required.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives and system enhancements.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with customer segmentation, lead management, and campaign analysis.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Meticulous, adept at multitasking, effective time management skills, and working within tight timelines.
- Possess a positive disposition, independent, resourceful, and a team player.
- Multilingual is a plus.
