The role leads day-to-day data privacy activities within the First Line of Defense (1LoD), supporting CIB and WM teams to ensure compliance with Privacy by Design principles and data protection regulations. The role works closely with the Central Data Office, Processing Owners, Project Managers, Legal, IT, and the DPO network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for data privacy matters and review PDP policies in line with regulatory or internal changes.
• Guide processing owners in conducting assessments and maintaining the Personal Data Processing Activities (PDPA) inventory.
• Support privacy audits, breach management, data subject requests, and control monitoring.
• Contribute to data breach notification processes and post-incident analysis.
• Participate in governance committees, projects, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide training, awareness, and manage related documentation (e.g., SharePoint, mailbox).

Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience in Personal Data Protection.
• Knowledge of APAC data privacy regulations preferred.
• Experience in project/change management is advantageous.
• Background in multinational and financial services environments preferred.
