Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models and analyze results to provide insights on a project basis.
• Prepare and present financial reports and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Effectively manage stakeholder relationships to drive financial initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and ensure compliance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
• 8-10+ years of specialized experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Solid commercial exposure and managerial experience are preferred.
• Experience in processing large data sets, particularly in the development and maintenance of dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with sales teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
• Skilled in Excel, PPT, and Word.
