Vistra is hiring a Senior Associate, Fund Corporate Secretarial for our Singapore office. This full-time role covers the full spectrum of company secretarial duties, ensuring compliance with Singapore enactments and governance standards, while coordinating with accounting, management and clients.
The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of corporate secretarial experience with knowledge of Singapore and other jurisdictions; pursuing ICSA is a plus, and fund administration experience is beneficial.
