We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support our overseas consultants and partners. In this role, you will help improve sales operations, optimize CRM processes, support data analysis, and enhance the efficiency of our international business teams.
You will work closely with overseas teams, Marketing, Product, and internal stakeholders to support process standardization, consultant enablement, and business growth in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding, training, assessment, product knowledge updates, and daily business operations of overseas consultants and partners.
- Provide sales operations support for overseas markets, including process optimization, workflow coordination, and documentation of working guidelines.
- Assist in standardizing sales processes and improving overall operational efficiency.
- Support the planning, optimization, and daily operation of the CRM system, including Leads management, sales workflows, data standards, and user experience improvements.
- Assist in building sales operations data analysis reports covering Leads, sales activities, Pipeline conversion, consultant performance, and other key metrics.
- Provide data insights and business analysis to support team and management decision-making.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and overseas teams to support training programs, marketing campaigns, EDM initiatives, and public pool resource operations.
- Support ongoing business process optimization, system development, and the application of AI tools to improve overseas business efficiency and consultant enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Management, Data Analytics, International Business, or related fields.
- Experience or internship experience in sales operations, overseas business support, CRM operations, business analysis, or sales support is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Leads management, Pipeline management, or workflow optimization is a plus.
- Good data analysis skills with the ability to organize data, identify issues, and support improvement plans.
- Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good English communication skills; experience working with international teams is a plus.
- Interest in AI tools, sales automation, and operational efficiency improvement is preferred.
