You will manage daily operations documentation for import and export shipments to ensure smooth freight processing.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process import and export permits accurately to comply with regulations
  • Manage airwaybills and bills of lading documentation to support shipment tracking and clearance
  • Use Microsoft Office and other computer applications to maintain and organize operational records
  • Communicate clearly in written and spoken English to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Adapt work hours to accommodate late shifts when operational needs arise

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to handle documentation tasks effectively
