We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑driven Field Marketing Specialist to partner with our client's APAC mid‑market sales and marketing teams. This role is all about execution excellence — turning marketing strategies into reality, coordinating regional activities, and ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly to drive pipeline growth and sales success.

Duration: 6-12 months – highly renewable

• Deliver field marketing programs aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Coordinate events, campaigns, and sales initiatives across APAC markets.
• Manage logistics including scheduling, venues, travel, and vendor relationships.
• Safeguard brand consistency and messaging across all materials.
• Collaborate closely with mid‑market sales teams to fuel pipeline generation and accelerate deals.
• Prepare and distribute marketing assets to support customer engagement.
• Ensure campaigns are executed effectively at scale across the region.

• Maintain accurate records in marketing systems and databases.
• Track campaign execution and provide reporting on program performance.
• Guarantee data accuracy to enable reliable insights and decision‑making.
• Monitor marketing spend and maintain budget documentation.
• Align activities with operational processes and company policies.
• Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Coordinate across marketing, sales, and operations teams for seamless execution.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or marketing operations (SaaS/enterprise tech preferred).
• A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize in fast‑paced environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and program coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Experience working in APAC markets is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Korean language is highly valued as role will be focusing on APAC and Korea markets.
