Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to assist their Engineering team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in North - easily accessible.
This Supplier Quality Engineer would be responsible for :
- Responsible to be the primary Purchasing Supplier Quality liaison between Operation and the Supplier
- Responsible in supporting PML purchased productive supplier quality issue after Product SOP
- Responsible in monitoring and evaluating suppliers quality performance to ensure Continuous Improvement of purchased productive parts quality
- Responsible in conducting Supplier Manufacturing Capability Assessment and Quality workshops with suppliers.
- Responsible in assessing purchase productive part suppliers to determine whether the suppliers quality system and its process controls are acceptable
- Responsible in serving as technical resource to Engineering, Operation and SDE
- Responsible in meeting core competency expectations
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or relevant studies
- Prior experiences in manufacturing and process engineering is a bonus
