Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations team by handling quotations, processing customer orders, coordinating shipment logistics, and performing light packing for local deliveries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively due to frequent follow-ups with both customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and provide quotations to customers, and follow up when necessary.
- Receive and review purchase orders from customers, place corresponding orders with suppliers, and confirm details such as lead time and product availability.
- Coordinate shipping arrangements by liaising with customers, logistics providers, and internal teams. Monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform light packing for local shipments when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipping documents, and communication logs.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required.
