Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant while ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will embody the companys core values of being genuine, generous, and curious, creating meaningful connections with guests and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service. A strong understanding of financial performance, including managing the outlets P&L, is essential.

Key responsibilities include fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests, handling customer feedback, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and ambiance. The manager will oversee inventory management, work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation, and uphold food safety standards. Leadership responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching a high-performing team while maintaining a positive work environment. The Restaurant Manager will also take ownership of the outlets financial performance, driving revenue growth, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the F&B industry
• Familiarity with inventory management and operational software is a plus
