Outlet Manager

Job Description:

The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations within the outlet, ensuring both financial success and customer satisfaction. The manager will lead and motivate the team, manage budgets, and implement promotional strategies. Additionally, the Outlet Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of outlet operations

• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets

• Monitor and control budget, expenses, and inventory

• Ensure a positive customer experience and handle escalated issues

• Generate reports on sales performance and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management or similar role

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends

• Able to work on weekends (off days are scheduled only on weekdays)
