Operation Manager
Job Description:
- Ensure smooth implementation of new F&B products, monitor system and process to ensure that resources are used effectively.
- Ensure customers get the best service and experience by minimizing complaints, performing service recovery and giving recognition to staff based on customer compliments.
- Build sales for the restaurant by motivating and training staff in operation
- Ensure outlet meet statutory health and safety requirement. Any other duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of related experience in F&B industry.
