**Company Overview**:Our client is a top specialist in recycling precious metals and one of the largest processors of end-of-life scrap catalytic converters in Asia, which are emission-control devices found in vehicles and other electronic devices.**Responsibilities**:Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall direction and management of people matters such as manpower planning, recruitment & selection, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, employee communication, employee welfare & well-being and talent management.The role shall supervise 1 HR & Admin Executive.**Key responsibilities include**:- Align HR strategies with business goals.- Develop employer brand and organizational work plans.- Collaborate with managers to refine job roles.- Establish recruitment policies and processes.- Manage talent acquisition and onboarding programs.- Design competitive compensation and benefits.- Oversee payroll operations.- Implement transparent performance management practices.- Develop competency requirements and learning policies.- Monitor training effectiveness and career development pathways.- Initiate staff engagement initiatives.- Measure and improve staff engagement and well-being.- Handle staff grievances.- Ensure effective HR IT solutions adoption.- Provide HR analytics and reporting.- Lead Competency Development projects.- Drive innovation and digitalization.- Oversee general office administration.**Qualifications**:- At least 5 years experience as an HR Generalist in a managerial capacity.- Bachelors degree in any discipline- Strong knowledge of employment/manpower regulations, government schemes and industry/HR practices- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Good team player and excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with our colleagues in China.- Strong leadership capabilities- Strong knowledge of HR technology solutions**How to Apply**:**EA License No. 23S1885****Registration No. R1985360**Job ID #289- ABOUT COMPANY- Atomic Group- SingaporeHR & RecruitmentWelcome to Atomic Group, where two decades of experience have shaped us into a trusted partner for clients across major industries, both multinational...
